    Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, the delivery address, the courier and the wished time frame. We work with FedEx, DHL, UPS, GLS and local postal services. We provide tailor made offers at the best pricing.
    the customer is responsible for local import duties, VAT, and possibly excise duties.

     

    Returns are only accepted when the product doesn't meet expectations. If the product can not be seen in real life before purchasing, a detailed video call is planned before payment and shipment during which the customer will be informed of the nature and condition of the product. In case of a return, shippings cost will be fully covered by the customer. Reimbursement will follow as soon as the product is returned in the same condition as when it was sent out.
